Daughters of the King
The Order of the Daughters of the King is a group of laywomen who pledge themselves to a program of life-long prayer, service and evangelism. Daughters are communicants of the Episcopal Church, of churches in communion with it, or churches that are in the Historic Episcopate and undertake a Rule of Life, incorporating the Rule of Prayer and the Rule of Service. She is dedicated to the spread of Christ’s Kingdom and the strengthening of the spiritual life of her parish.
The Order meets on the second Sunday of each month following the 10:15 a.m. service in the Conference Room. The members of the Order pray daily for the church staff, the programs of the church, the sick, and the many other concerns brought to our attention.
